Description

This Lewiston Pre-Mix truck, loaded with concrete, over

turned at the entrance to the Washington Stare University

Wednesday Morning and completely blocked the main entrance

to the university. Driver Gary W. Heilman, 24, of Moscow,

was not injured, but there was an estimated 40,000 dollars

of damage to the truck and it took a heavy duty crane from a

construction project to right it -- three and one half hours

after the accident. Workers poured a mixture of sugar and

water into the tank to prevent the concrete from hardening.
