An open letter from Washington State University President Glenn Terrell to the University following the student occupation of the French Administration building, addressing the issue of cancelling classes in favor of holding a teach in about the Vietnam War. He justifies cancelling classes, saying it is necessary to address the issues surrounding the war, to clarify any concerns, and to have an open exchange of views between students.
