This brochure details a tour provided by the Columbia Basin Irrigation League for members of the Congressional Committee on Reclamation and Irrigation. It features a train ride and meals along the path of the Gravity Plan, which was a proposed system of canals leading from the Pend Oreille River to the northeast corner of the Columbia Basin and a tour of Grand Coulee, where boosters from central Washington proposed the construction of large dam.
